We have the ability to create shapes which many others cannot achieve, and have at our disposal state of the art equipment and bespoke equipment and tooling where necessary to achieve a product design. As well as being able to supply simple sheets and rolls of foams with and without self adhesive backings.

Cork Jointing

Cork jointing are produced by blending the major components of high quality cork granules with synthetic or natural rubbers. Cork provides the natural compressibility needed for flange joints, as well as resistance to most commonly used chemicals apart from acids and alkalis. Rubber binding agents add resilience and mechanical strength to the product. Chemical resistance of a particular grade is enhanced by the elastomer used.

Gasket material with excellent torque retention, good steam and thermal resistance. BA-GL is an excellent gasket material composed of glass fibres and Nitrile NBR rubber. Material has a superior torque retention and good steam resistance. Asbestos free gasket material BA-GL has very good thermal resistance in combination with good gas sealability. Material is also suitable for use with water, oils, gases, fuels and many acids BA-GL complies with the requirements of BS 7531 Grade X and covers the very wide application range.

Specially impregnated to provide high resistance to petroleum derivatives, solvents and lubricating oils.
